4-H Afterschool Faculty and Staff
These featured faculty and staff below are conducting innovative after-school programs that serve the needs of their communities. Each  county has developed unique partnership to conduct the after-school program. For more information contact the county faculty or staff.
Ada Co. - Kelton Jensen
 The Ada County program partners with Boy & Girls Clubs of Ada County, 21st Century CCLC sites, Boise and Meridian School Districts and libraries to provide after-school programs and activities.
Canyon Co. - Tina Platt
Tina Platt, 4-H Coordinator,  partners with Nampa, Notus and Parma School Districts, Caldwell Housing Authority, Caldwell Parks and Recreation, Salvation Army, and 21stCCLC sites to provide food and nutrition, technology, visual arts, theatre arts and  JMG activities.

Boundary Co. - Sarah Howe and Erika Thiel
Sarah Howe, FCS/4-H and Erika Thiel, 4-H Assistant, offer an after-school program  in partnership with the Boundary Co. School District. The district went to a four-day week and the all day after-school program is offered on Fridays at the middle school.    

Latah Co. - Mauri Knott Lincoln Co. - Kristi Boguslawski
Mauri Knott, 4-H Coordinator, partners with four rural school districts to offer after-school and summer programs at school sites. the program is supported by 4-H and community volunteers. Several of the sites are 21stCCLC. Kristi Boguslawski, 4-H assistant offers Friday Learning Labs at the Extension office. Children walk from the near by school to learn about horse insemination, cooking, candy making, and sewing. The labs are open to all youth.

Twin Falls Co. - Rhea Lanting, Teresa Tverdy,  Mary Davidson
   Rhea Lanting, FCS/4-H, Teresa Tverdy, 4-H Coordinator, and  Mary Davidson, After-school staff, partner partner with Castleford School district to offer after-school program at the community center two-days per week.  

Valley Co. - Tyanne Vwaters Washington Co, Becky Settlage
Tyanne Vwaters, 4-H Coordinator r work with McCall-Donnelly and Cascade School districts, and Southern Valley Recreation district to provide an after-school program in Cascade.
Becky Settlage, 4-H Program Coordinator and Melissa Chambers, VISTA Volunteer work with Weiser, Cambridge and Midvale school districts, Weiser Police Department and the Washington County Sheriff Department to conduct after-school programs and activities in Weiser, Cambridge and Midvale. Becky also teaches youth development to seven Work Based Learning interns from Weiser High School, who in turn, are mentoring middle school and elementary school children.
